The bed was comfy, the breakfast was gorgeous. Queen room had heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. Just a 20-minute stroll to the centre. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. Nothing too much trouble, we would stay here again if in Lowestoft.

Location a short walk from the beach. Just a walk down to chick king kebab, where you can have lunch. Furthermore, it had a free parking nearby.

marvelous location, friendly staff, lots of food for the continental breakfast. our room was large and bright. a short walk from the beach.
